At the NHDP's annual Eleanor Roosevelt Dinner, the 2023 The Emerging Leader Award was Presented to Representative Ben Ming for being a catalyst for generational change and inspiring us all to build a better tomorrow through our actions today.

Rep. Ming's prime-sponsored bill (HB 240) to protect interracial marriage in the State of New Hampshire was signed into law on May 4, 2023, and went into effect on July 3, 2023.
